We faced multiple problems during our 17-night stay. Our first room was uninhabitable, with no internet and very poor air conditioning. The second room had bugs, and the shower faucet was dangerous. Moving to a third room was frustrating and seemed reactive rather than proactive. I'd recommend asking about room conditions before checking in.
